2. What data we collect

• Identification and contact data you submit through our quote and contact forms: name, company, business email, phone number and delivery address.
• Project data you share to receive a quote: product type, specifications, quantities and file attachments.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, referrer and pages visited.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• To prepare and send a quote, communicate about your project and fulfil an order - legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations - legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To operate, secure and improve the website - legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and, where an order follows, for the statutory retention periods required by Slovenian tax and commercial law. Website analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.

5. Recipients

We share personal data only with processors that support our operations, such as our email, hosting and logistics providers (including GLS for EU-wide delivery). Processors act on our instructions and are bound by a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@partnergraf.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
